Between the undersigned Catherine POLET, « Langlade » - PROISSANS, 24200 SARLAT-LA-CANEDA, France, hereinafter referred to as « the Owner », and: name and adress of the tenant: total number of adults and kids: up to 5 persons (an additional cost of 13€ will be charged for a 6th person) hereinafter referred to as « the Tenant ». It has been agreed as follows: An approx. 45-sqm suite, at groundfloor level, offering: - 2 bedrooms (one 14-sqm bedroom with 1 double bed, one 20-sqm bedroom with 1 double bed and, in an alcove, 1 single bed). - one bathroom with bathtub or shower and WCs. This suite is located in LA GRANGE - Langlade - Proissans - France. The entrance to the suite (with private bathroom) is totally independant. The suite is to sleep a maximum of 5 persons, which the Tenant agrees upon, unless otherwise agreed with the Owner (an additional bed may be added provided an additional cost of 15 euros per night is paid). Arrivals are between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. on: date of arrival Departures are before noon on: date of departure The rental of the above described suite (not including the additional bed) costs: in July and August -----> 99€ per night, i.e. a total price of:total cost of the stay. from September to June ----> 93 € per night, i.e. a total price of: total cost of the stay. It is clearly stipulated that additional costs due for the stay tax, the water and electricity supply (and, if need be, the heating) are included in the above mentioned rental price. Upon receipt of this rental agreement, the Tenant shall pay 33% of the total cost of the stay, i.e.: 33% of the total price The balance is due to be paid 14 days before the date of arrival, but will be paid upon arrival and handling of the keys. Should the Tenant fail to come for whatever reason, and fail to inform the Owner at least 15 days before the agreed arrival date, the total amount of the stay shall be due in full. The Tenant hereby acknowledges having fully read the description of the rented place ; any complaint about it shall be lodged on the day of arrival. Should any degradation or damage occur, the Tenant agrees to take care for all repair costs, even if no safety deposit is required on the day of arrival. The Tenant hereby agrees to respect arrival and departure dates and hours. Should one of the herewith stipulated conditions not be fulfilled, the Owner reserves the right to rent the place to a third party; there will then be no refunding of the initial deposit and the balance due shall still be paid in full. Animals are welcome upon prior agreement with the Owner. Made in Proissans on:date The Tenant shall sign all pages and write "read and approved" on the last one.
